Hi Guys,

I submitted my application as skilled worker just for myself because I am single. I am wondering if I got married during my application processing in immigration office, can I amend my application to add my spouse to get PR visa with me?
Please if any one of you have an answer, please help.

Thanks a lot

You don't have a choice, you must ammend your application.

I already submitted my application, I still single, and you know that the application process takes long time (years). Can I when i got married amend my application later? does that will delay my process?

Thanks

It will be better if you get married and amend your application right away.

If you wait until after they've already made a decision, getting married will cause a much longer delay.

You will have to submit updates about the change in your marital status to the Embassy before they take any decision.

Hi,
There is no problem. If the application you submitted  is a simplified one just relax, get married and raise children. You will be notified to submit a detail information about yourself and change in status in cluding work, marrital and education in the second stage. Even if you send anything to them now you will not be attended to untill it is your turn on the queue. read your AOR well and check the website.
Good luck.

Thanks guys
my application is a simplified and still in beganning stage. I have not received AOR yet. but I am planning to get married next summer.
my marrital status will be changed then.
when do they ask me to submit a detail information about myself and change in status? for example, one year after receiving AOR?
and if at that time I have not got married yet and I sent to them no change in my status, and after that I got married, Is that possible to amend my application then?
please aadvise

Thanks

They're not going to ask you about your change in marital status.  How would they know if you got married?

You must tell them immediately after it happens.
