then. pls forward yr complete doc. as soon as possible with a cover letter informing all, and concerned email print that u have got.. before yr status gets decision made. I think as yr status is in process even after 120 days since yr 1st assessment completion: pls inform the detail inside the link IN PROCESS,  if 120 over and still in process , definitely VO has given you the new deadline date. probably VO might have added the new date ( the date u got forwarded email) with new deadline date.
( lets not comment about their system now rather be action oriented soon.....)

hi, it shows in process. one thing i cant understand that why dont cio sends the postal mail to our addresses?

Read the forms, it you give them an email address, they will use it.  If you don't they will use a postal address.  Your choice.

we lost our medical forms thus could not make it to our 45 days deadline. while waiting we e-mailed them about the status and the VO called in reply. after discussing the matter with him he agreed to sent us a copy of the medical forms and insisted to do it asap.

P.S - we didnt convince him much he himself said he will send the copy.

i had sent them an email regarding my issue and they have now asked me to give details again....lets see what happens next. do pray for me...
