I don't want to be student any more that's sucks ... Plz help

Hey Guys ( please help someone who get *censored word*ed up by studying )
 I am international student in Canada right now have TRV will end August 31 2010 and student permit end the same date to study certificate in Business .... I came Dec.25 2010 as student ..because it was the only way to get in Canada but I'm already graduated as Pharmacist 2004 and worked  in pharmaceutical companies(marketer) for 4 years with great experience in this field and then got Diploma in marketing from USA after spent 2 years over there .....

to be honest my plan was to finish the Certificate and then take post graduate work permit and then apply for PNP OR skilled worker ... but actually I couldn't complete any more too old for study again and just doing this *censored word* assignments any more also studying here it too expensive..

so could anyone from the experts here help me to find any short way to immigrate without studying??? .. wait for your replay Guys

If u want to immigrate then u need to qualify for the various programs such as FSW, federal skilled worker, and the job that u used to undertake must be in the 38 occupation list, look up the list and then u can decide if u dont wish to study anymore. Studying is not a bad option actually! many ppl wants to do it but they cant! so u should treasure the opportunity!

If there was a quick way to immigrate, we wouldn't need this forum.  There are no quick solutions, sorry.

If you qualify to apply for federal skilled worker, that is 67 or more points on self assessment and at least one continuous year of skilled work in the past, then you just need to meet one more requirement for the minesterial instructions to apply.  Since Pharmacist is not on the most wanted list, that leaves getting a job offer or studying for a year.  I would say you should work on the job offer (AEO).  Explain to potential AEO givers that they are not obligated to hire you when you get your immigration if their situation has changed by that time.  Maybe you will find someone.

Otherwise, you can try for an LMO and work permit and if you get that, you will have other ways to immigrate later via PNP or CEC.

Thanks Abelkwh for the advice I know that I'm not in bad situation but actually studying here is not that easy and also to expensive the range for credit in most of the Canadian colleges is $500 and that's too much... to take diploma at least you will need  $ 25000 for the school only if you pass it from the first touch lol .. so for someone who graduated and worked for some time that's wasting for time and money  but almost no way this is the only path

Thanks Leon so much for your help I appreciate it so much and I know you are one of the expert here .. about the 67 points I already have it , education 18 years with 4 years work experience have TOEFL IBT with high marks and I could take IELTS  and pass it easy ..the problem is my Job not in the 38 job list so as you said I have 2 ways 
1. study as international student for one year ,, and I have Q here ..if I take any cheap courses here even it is English in private school or anything else don't need a lot of money is the CIC will care about that if I applied after one year for FSW ..I mean they will ask what you are studied during the year or it doesn't matter for them?
 
2. to get Job offer here which I don't know if it will be easy here or not even I graduated with bachelor from my country and Diploma from USA? and you said         (( I would say you should work on the job offer (AEO).  Explain to potential AEO givers that they are not obligated to hire you when you get your immigration if their situation has changed by that time.  Maybe you will find someone))   I couldn't understand this part could you please reexplain it ??

the third option you mentioned that to get LMO and then change the student visa to work visa and have other ways to immigrate in Canadian experience class for example is I was understanding that correctly and what do you think about this option ,,there are any conditions to change the student visa to work visa inside Canada?

You can call CIC and ask them to clarify but as long as you are on a student visa and studying something, I don't think it matters at all what you study.  The main thing is that you have been working or studying for a year.

You are asking the employer to apply for an AEO for you.  Why should the employer do that?  The employer may say, well, I would be open to hiring you but by the time you get your immigration in several months, maybe my situation will have changed and I may not be able to give you a job any more.  That is when you can explain to him that he is not taking on any obligations towards you by giving you an AEO.

Of course you can always request to change your visa.  To get a work permit, first you need to find an employer.  The employer has to apply for an LMO for you.  To get that, he needs to prove that he advertised the job and could not find a qualified Canadian.  If he gets the LMO, then you can use it to apply for a work permit.

As for LMO vs. AEO, the LMO is harder to get but it allows you to start working sooner.  An AEO only allows you to apply for your immigration.
