OK, I'm about done filling my aplication, so I went to the cic.cg.ca web page to pay my processing fee but I can't find it, all I can see listed is the Permanent residence fee, do I have to pay that first? Or where do they charge the other $550CAD that the processing fee costs? Any help would be much apreciated, thanks.

You can pay using credit card, certified cheque, bank draft, or money order.
Its all there in the instruction guide : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
