 I got email from CIC on 24Nov,2010, Yet not get hard copy, and not to able to find eStatus. How many time it needed to get hard copy from the receiving of ecopy.

Hi Bundy,

I'm new to this forum..

I am in Sri Lanka. My e-status was also shown as ' IN PROCESS" from  Oct 2010 to Jan 2011. but it has disappeared now. I wrote to CIO Colombo stating my problem. Still they have not replied me.

Have they corrected yours now?
