I can Get a Work Permit, With this Qualification

Hello,

I am Riya From Hyderabad, India.


I want a help from the experienced forum member. Below is the list of my qualification with this can i get a canada work visa please review and let me know...


1) I am b.com Computers 2nd year discontinued.

2) I have a 3+ years of work experience as a system Administrator. and from last 1 year i was working as a freelancer.

3) And My Technical qualification is MCSE, CCNA, LINUX administrator, Ex-Change Server 2003, And Recently i have Completed the CISE (certified Information Security Expert)...

Please tell me with this qualification can i get the job in canada and the work permit....

And please just me good Job board or staff agencies which will help me......


And its also good some one send me the Resume Format.
