I applied TW Visa in UAE but am thinking if it's possible to dep in MANILA

I applied Temporary Working Visa in UAE but am thinking if it's possible to depart in Manila even my temporary working visa will be issued in UAE. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

I applied for temporary working visa in Abu Dhabi, UAE last November and am thinking that I will just go back to manila and wait for my temporary working visa in my country. Do you think this is possible? Or I need to depart where I applied my TW visa? If it's possible do I still need to do POLO?.Because for sure I need to go to OWWA to register my papers and document.

What do I need to know if in case I will be able to depart in manila even though my TW visa was issued here in UAE?

Or do you have any suggestions?

I was thinking that if I will wait in manila for my TW visa it might take a long time for me to depart because you know how OWWA works... medical, dental, pidos etc... and of course I might spendtomuch money for this...

But I just want to be aware of this...
