I need assistance answering couple of questions...
Here's my long story short: back in Feb I applied to FSW to Sydney, received letter in Mar saying not eligible due to job responsibilities mismatch. I did not pay attention to the responsibilities and had send some of the job duties. Does this mean I had applied and I am in their system now and will I have to mention in the AINP application that I have applied to Canada in the past? I am asking this because I had not send the FULL package but just the initial packet. I have still not received the refund check..how long has it taken for them to send check..? its been more than one month now...

Is the AINP program still active and accepting US Visa Holders?

I share the same point. Looks like my story repeated.

I am applying under AINP SRS.

The immigration will send the whole package back along with the check... when u apply for AINP u need to notify that u applied for canadian PR before and due to some reason my package was returned
