I applied for skill EMIRTION for NOC 0631, and CAP is reached 19th April2011, but my application reached 13th of April, do you think i am in 1000.
i Paid by BD, but i applied last 16th Jan 2011, and my appication didn't go true BECOZ of my credit card, but cic send my application back with one of letter and ask me if you apply again send this letter with your application and i did.

so second time my application reached in cic 13th of April, now my concern is AM I in THE CAP or NOT?

Even applicants in 0631 who applied in early April have not heard anything yet so it is impossible to know the exact date when the cap was reached.  From previous experience with other NOCs as they filled (1122) I think it was around 3 November when they announced it was full, but applications received on and after 28 October were returned.  The applications for that NOC were coming in at a rate of approx 15 per day.  0631 had a rate closer to 8/day, so hopefully IF the cap was filled before 19 April, it will not be by many days.  We just have to find patience and wait.  Good Luck.
