Did you send your application by courier or other trackable means?  If so you Know that it has arrived.  If you are applying for skilled worker, your in for a long wait.  The processing time for London is 21-44 months and going up. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/times-int/02a-skilled-fed.html.  AOR may be a month or 2 yet.

Hi,

We applied in early January and got out AOR 3 weeks later. The time it takes for them to send the AOR varies widely and it is by no means an indication of how long the processing will take. I wouldn't start worrying until 3 months have gone by.
