Hello prospective immigrants landing in Toronto.

I landed here in 1999, residing here since then. Love to help new Immigrants settle down in the community. Let me know if you have any questions or anyway I could assist you.

Good Luck and Safe Landing !!

hi brsk68!

thank you very much for starting this thread.  i stumbled on it just now.  for several weeks, i have been searching for information related to the hospitality industry.

you have given all of us great hope with your posts.  i've read that those who are in the food and beverage sector (especially cooks) can easily land a job in toronto.  how about those under rooms division?  what are the job prospects?  i applied under noc0632.

Hi. What a kind offer! I would like to move to Toronto from the US. I am just beginning my research, ad i am not sure what to do first...Where is a good place to start?! Also, I have recently had some trainig in healthcare. I was told there is a demand in that field. Do you have any idea how to find out if my credentials are transferable?
Many thanks

Dear Qorax / bsrk68,

My medicals were done on 16.11.2011. My PPs with the RPRF draft are with Delhi CHC for final step. I have been an avid reader of this forum and have made a lot of notes thro' urs, bsrk68 and saki's  comments.

Have planned to travel to Toronto in the second fortnight of April' 2012 with family. Cleared under NOC 1122, being a PG in Agriculture & MBA with 24 yrs job / mgmt consultant profile.

I know no body there, have no relatives. I have only those notes prepared from the postings of this forum to help me.

Wanted to know a few things, so wanted to know this PM biz.
