I AM THE FOUNDER AND CTO OF THE COMPANY, WHAT EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE CAN I PROVIDE

I need help here.

I am the founder and the chief technology officer of an IT consulting firm that has been in existence since 2004. Prior to this period i have worked in different places for 4 years. I will be getting a reference from my last place of work, which is just 2 years as NOC 2171. In my current position, I am responsible for the the job description on NOC 0213 and more. I filled NOC 0213 on my application.

Also, I understand that i cannot give myself a reference letter. What kind of documents should I provide?

Contract letters or documents for different clients, tax documents, attestation from clients of jobs completed under NOC 0213, emails etc
