I am so confused marry her in canada or out

Hi,

I am a Lebanese and i finished my study in canada. but my Gf a company me to my country .
 Meanwhile me and my girlfriend we are planning to get married there she is Canadian citizen.
so if i married her in Canada.
is it hard to obtain a permanent resident visa and it is legal to do that or much better if we get married out of Canada and move there, so far we are together for almost a year   

am regular reader of this forum. I just want to clarify my doubts.
