Hi
The Business is in North Vancouver, British Columbia, but the production line can be relocated ( subject to 100-150 Amp. power supply).
I think you can get Loan for Machinery from BDC ( Development bank of Canada, I got my loan also from them). Avarage income from 2003-2008 was about $49,000.00. They are 2 part time production worker and myself as manager ( fulltime). The new price for production line was about S130,000.00 and the diverse inventory ( finished & unfinished about $50,000.00). Open for offer.

I understand that the income is  around $50,000 per annum and the the investment , if new machines will be $ 130000.00 and the price is negotiable is it.
