I am on docs requested

 I am at the point of Doc requested but up to this point they have only asked for 4 new photos of the principal applicant. Does this mean that it is all that they will request? How long after the Doc requested will I know if the interview would be waived???

Only the IO can say for sure what a timeline will be and whether they will waive an interview.  Sometimes they ask for periodic updates from applicants, it does not mean you will get only one request.  At this time all they need is more recent photos.  If they have further requests, they will ask again.
