Hi everybody. I am new member of this forum just've activated my account. It is really a wonderful forum. How is going everything? I think just fine. I am from Bangladesh. It is a South Asian country. I have some quaries about the migration program of canada. I am an Electrician having more than 6 years of experience. I passed secondary school examination in 1996 (10 years). Than diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years) in 2001. I also completed 1 year trade course in house wiring. I scored 6 in every section of the IELTS. My age is 29 years. Will I be able to get immigration for canada? Which will be better and quicker process provincial or federal migration. How much time will it take ? Any  help will be appreciated greatly. Thanks with regards. Jony.

Based on the timelines here, provincial nominee gets you to canada  faster than federal skilled category.

There is absolutely no guarantee that provincial nominee is the faster path. Look at all the people suffering in Alberta nominee program. Look at each provincial program and see the timelines for yourself. Anyways, all the provincial nominee programs require job offer or previous stay. If you don't have either of those, the only way to go is through Federal Skilled worker program that too only if your occupation is in the 38 demand occupation list.
