I have a Software development company in canada, and i have found a right candidate in India for the job opening of a application developer in .net that i have in my company, As per the reserch our company has done, we dont need a LMO as the Job falls under the NOC category http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/work/itw-jobs.asp#jobs5 table2, So should the person i wish to hire from India just apply for the work permit with the offer of employment that i send him with the other docs mentioned in the IT worker checklist
http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/images/IT%20Worker%20Checklist.pdf or is there any thing that i am missing in the whole process
