I am International student want to apply for PR

Hi , I am Yasar Bin Gursain 20 . I have been in toronto since 2009 august.I was doing aircraft maintenance engineering at centennial college but i did just one year and droped it and got  into seneca college in aviation operations and safety but didnt graduate yet.I got Security guard license recently and started to work with garda. So i want to know if i can apply for PR.please let me know asap.

Thanks ..I am gone follow as u say .But i am still a student  and didn't graduate yet.
