I am a graduate student..Just started my PhD in Canada. Before that I was working in Nepal, I have done master degree and have more than 4 years experience. Somebody told me that one can not apply for PR while doing study in Canada. But other told me that one can not apply to only Canadian experienced class but can apply to federal skilled worker program. I am really confused..Can somebody suggest me whether I can apply to Federal skilled worker program while doing graduate study in Canada.
