If your education in your issuing country recognizes it as Masters, you will get the points for it. Suggest you to give language test English or French and get 16 points also.

Best of luck

Quote
Medical doctor degrees are generally first-level university credentials, in the same way that a
Bachelor of Law or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology is a first level, albeit “professional”
degree and should be awarded 20 points. If it is a second-level degree and if, for example, it
belongs to a Faculty of Graduate Studies, 25 points may be awarded. If a bachelor's credential is
a prerequisite to the credential, but the credential itself is still considered a first-level degree, then
22 points would be appropriate. It is important to refer to how the local authority responsible for
educational institutions recognizes the credential: i.e., as a first-level or second-level or higher
university credential

I quoted   this  paragraph from  op6

Do you think it passes with me?

I need  your   suggestions
thanks

Hi,
Do you have any letter of accreditation from Education authority which mention about PG equivalent to Master's from Government Education authority? or any kind of letter from authority mention PG Equivalent to Master's. if yes then you can attach it with application and mention about it.

I guess it should work if your IELTS wont help in 2nd attempt.

Cheers

How did you have 67 points when you sent your application to Sydney?

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

I sent  my application  before   28  November    claiming   high   score  in English   as   my study  was in English

You know   that   when anyone  wants  his  application to be  processed  he  should   claims  high language  proficiency

After  that   the  time  of  crying   occurs
thanks
