Dear All,

please guide me i am little bit confused regarding technical education category.

Mine detail is this:

I did diploma in Civil Engineering from Pakistan. Its Three years certificate from technical Board.

After that i did BCS(Bachelor of computer sciences). Its Two years Degree program.

I have experienced of civil engineering around 8 years.

Please can any one guide me that am i eligible for skilled worker category and how many points i can get.

My age is 31 years.

As neither occupation is on the list of "29" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list  you would require an Approved Employment Offer from an employer in Canada.  You may wish to check out the PNP programs to see if any of them are interested in Engineers.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

Please advice me i am very confused.
I am  Diploma mechanical engineer in india with 7 to 8 yrs of expeerience.now i want to file my fsw application.in the process of finding NOC.My lates job title and duty is as per 2132 Mechanical engineer and in noc under employment requirement  it should be bachelor's in engineering where as i am diploma engineer so can i use this noc?
