I am applying for TRV tomorrow with the following documents

Passport
Letter of Invitation from Host
Host's permit
Letter from employer stating renumeration
Notice of leave
Pay slips
Copy of Company ID
Copy of Driver's license
Birth Certificate
Asset:
Shares certificate
Car registration and receipt/Invoice
I am thinking of adding my certifications i have accrued
My National service certificate

In Canada on study permit. Visited on TRV many times in the past 15 years.
