Hello All,
I am a newbie and am trying gather some information about PR to Canada , Right Now I am residing in US on H1 recently married and its been 4 months my wife is with me ,
My Wife is a Nutritionist and Dietitician ,
1) Is she eligible to apply if yes ,
2) Is there a waiting period since she is only 4 months old in US
3) If anyone applying from US , Is it possible to get a FBI Letter for 4 months period?
4) Use of a representative is recommended for PR?

Thanks in Advance

My Wife is a Nutritionist and Dietitician...

My wife is a registered dietitian (USA) and also a registered nutritionist-dietitian (Philippines).  You may check Citizenship and Immigration Canada website to match your wife's job duties with one of the 29 eligible occupations. If she has at least 1 year of experience as head in hospital food service or restaurant manager or other related field, she may qualify under NOC 0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers.  Smiley
