hi i am a croat and would like to live and work in Canada . at the moment i am working in a top restaurant in Hamburg Germany for more then eight years  as a head chef and i earn pretty good but i got bored of working here so i was thinking why not Canada . what are the conditions and what should i do ? thank you .

Try to apply as a skilled worker to Canada. check out this webiste for more details http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp
