HUSBAND !!!!!!!!

hi im sponsering my husband from Canada our case is  in process . Im a canadian citizen of canada. Recently we got a letter from the islamabad embassy saying that they havent recieved the previous documents and that we are not taking very much interest in our case... like they would now how much both me and my husband are worried sick.   
BUTTTTTT my husband from pakistan had send them everything also he has the mailing courier number (TCSmail) and the proof of sign from the lady that sits in the departure section of the embassy. She didnt forward it to visa section.... or did something to it. you tell me whos fault is it .Our case is getting delayed for there irresponsibility its been now over 7-months of the processing time. we e-mailed.
Now im scared weither they even recieved our documents this time or not.

please pray for me everyone... so helpless

my prays are always with you , i suffered from Islamabad embassy i pray that not happen with you.Inshallah things will be okay for you make sure contact not break between you and embassy mailing services sometimes delay you should contact TCS i sent documents to my wife in Canada their time is 4 days but she received it on 10th day, tell your husband to go TCS and inquiry there. good luck
