Hi im a canadien married to a Moraccan man for 3 years,Whos living in
us.we been denide from the immigration for him to move to canada

Your next step is an appeal to the Immigration Appeal Board.  You will receive the information with the refusal letter on how to appeal.  don't miss the filing date.  You probably should hire an Immigration lawyer or at least discuss the case with one.
