The CPC sent me a letter asking for medicals and sent another form to complete for sponsorship evaluation. At the time i applied wasnt working. What is this does it mean the forms will be nearly done for pr.

2. I am not working at the moment. They did sent the 5481 forms to be completed. What should i fill in
