Hi friends and seniors,
one of my friend needs help regarding his case........

he is Bachelor of Commerce , working as an accountant and counting 67 points
for his application(age/edu/exp/adaptability/ielts score/spouse edu. )

he met one of the consultant and according to the consultant....
1>>he falls under normal category and will take atleast 2yrs for PR..
2>>as he is having bachelor degree only he may not considered as an accountant
(according to him master/ca will be accepted to proove an accountant and
bachelor degree creates doubt eventhogh he is woking more then 10 yrs.)
3>> to fall under fast track he needs approval from HRSDC
4>> only than he can get PR in fasttrack within 6 to 12 months.

is it necessary to have HRSDC even u fall under one of the 38NOC Huh
 Thanks

Hi

anybody please HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

The consultant is full of s**t.
1.  If your "friend"  applies under 1111 he must meet the following : http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=1111
Bachelors and accountancy degree or on the job training.
2.  Processing time 6-12 months if the application is accepted by FSW and overseas office.
3.  Only if he doesn't qualify as an accountant in the "list" would he require an AEO

Hi,

PMM is absolutely correct.

ur friend is in 38 category list and with 67 points, he doesn't need any AEO, or HRSDC approval.
The consultant is talking all crap. That it'll take minimum 2 years is ridiculous.

He seems to have just heard of AEO & HRSDC, and is merely using them on you (LOL,,!!)
Ask ur friend to apply & wait for poitive reply from Nova Scotia.

All the best,
S.

Thanks a Ton PMM and SANTOSH2000 for the replies
he is going to send his application to NS in few days
any way he disscussed the issue with the consultant and
he said that because of Bachelor degree ,the IO will consider him
as a bookkeeper not an accountant !!!!!
