Does the jobs on the jobbank mean that anyone who is qualified can apply and government federal jobs are for canadian citizens. Would it be easier to go to manitoba or saskwetchan where employment is low, and apply on the spot certain jobs do not need a medical anyone got any ideas.

Anyone can apply for the jobs on jobbank,as for looking for job else where do what your heart tells you to do.

Most federal government jobs are open to PRs, but citizens get preferential treatment.
