How you know when they ask for interview or waived? Singapore Visa office

Anyone have this situation. How you know they waived interview or will ask for interview. Visa office is Singapore. And my wife did not received AOR letter. I send an e-mail to Singapore  VO they reply me with File No was in subject line ''File is now in queue awaiting review by officer.  Please wait to receive further instructions, if any, from this office'' They replied me on 10 August and 30th August my wife address is disappeared. Still is not show up.
I am worry about my supporting documents.

This is last status under Permanent Residence
We received XXXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on July 11, 2011.

The visa office have n't completed its review yet . They will send you an AOR with a file no. I feel hard to undersyand whether they sent you a file no or not ? if they sent you a fie no. then expect a good sign to your case . They will ask you to send further instructions later  regaring docs if any.I came to know that  I need not o for a interveiw when the mentioned in the medical instructiions that you need not an interview  this time . But make sure that the visa office have the authority to call any aapplicant to come foir an intrview  at any point of theire case processing . Do not feel scarry  for an interview , guy ! things will be fine with your case . wishes for your smooth case processing !
