Hi Abu Bakar , I have created a new list and in this list you can just fill a form and your data will automatically be added to the list and you can see it right away in the list no wait and you can even update it through form anytime ...

Bro this is the most easy list i have ever made , the other list you gave the link for above is very hard and it takes a long time to get your info in that. This new one is very simple just use the first link in my above post to submit all the data , Like your name and your university you are applying to and etc.. and it will automatically be addded in the list
