In the 7 and 8 number of schedule 1 : Background/Declaration Form, information about father and mother is asked.

I am concerned about the last information of both 7 & 8 which asked for "Date of death, if deceased".

As my parents are alive, should I leave the box blank? Is there any way to write "Not applicable" for a date option?

Please let me know what you have done in this point.
