I have sent my application under FSW under NOC 0213. After reviewing this forum, I realized that I should have mentioned New Delhi as my visa office instead of Buffalo. I also realized that list of job duties I mentioned in the limited space in form might not be sufficient.
On October 9th I submitted an update to my application. In the cover letter, I mentioned that I am on H1 and visa will expire in Dec 2010 and I will not be able to attend visa interview if I am called for it after that. I also sent the experience letters from my employers which had my job duties in more detail. Today morning I received the AOR with visa office as ND.
BTW, I attached my complete application package again and used highlighter to clearly show what I am changing. I also included copy of the check I mailed before.
Just wanted all you guys to know in case you want to update your application with CIO.
Thanks RupeshHari for your suggestions. Thank you very much. God Bless you all.
I need to start working on getting all docs in order. I have not given IELTS yet, need to work on that too.

I think you may want to send an update. If they return your application you will loose couple of months. If you send an update max you will loose is some money in postage.
BTW I also faxed everything to CIO before mailing them. Not sure what they considered.

I sent the complete application because I had changes in 2 forms. I think it will not matter how ever you send as long as you clearly mention the changes in cover letter.
