how to transfer my file from hongkong to buffalo

Hi,

I submitted my file to hongkong in Jul 2007 (simplified process) since i worked there then, no activity until today. And now I am in u.s.a, holding a student visa. It is heard in this case I can have my file transferred to buffalo. And I think it is necessary for me 'cause I dont want to fly to hongkong for interview or pick up visa once it is processed. Anyone here know how to apply this transferring?

You apply to Hong kong and ask for the file to be transferred.  They will only transfer it "if it enhances the integrity of the Immigration program"
