Hi
we have submitted our papers (outland spouse sponsorship) on 14th March 2011 via our consultant. We have yet to receive an AOR. Is there any way we can track our papers without AOR?

You are able to use your receipt number (the one you used to pay the fees). You can log into e-cas with the information of whoever payed the fees. This will work once your file is in process.

Seeing as your almost close to the 38 day mark.. maybe you can try calling the CIC call centre ( if you can't get onto ecas) - and if you're lucky they may be able to give you an update
