How to tell mother in law that I'm pregnant again? I live with her.?

My husband and I have been living with his mom since we got married in January 2009 and we had our daughter in August of 2009. My husband and I decided that we wanted to have another baby but we never talked it over with his mom and we weren't expecting to get pregnant right away. Our first month trying we got pregnant so I am only about 4 weeks along. I want to tell her because she has been a huge help to us and I feel it is important but I am so afraid that she is going to be upset. I don't know what to do or how to approach it. Help!
