Do we need to carry photographs while making the initial landing? I understand that the PR card has a photo affixed to it and for people who are landing initially the PR card will be applied at the airport. So I was wondering where the photograph comes from as I did not find it in the new comers checklist.

Your pic will be taken at the landing time which will be at the airport.
