Dear friends

I am a Canadian resident currently living in calgary, I have a sister in Pakistan she is 49 yrs old, MSc Economics (16 yrs education) working for last 16 years in Social welfare department of Sindh Government.

I would be grateful if some one can help me to know what could be the best way to go forward as far PNP is selected option? , what would be the best place to sponsor her SK or MB?. My understanding is she would have following points:

Age:  6
Education: 16
Work Experience: 16
Language: 6 0r 8
Adaptability: 12

Grateful if someone of you have knowledge and experience share his view

I don't think you'll be able to sponsor her through either the SK or MB PNP programs as a family member. The main problems are her age and the fact that you live in Alberta right now. Both programs only accept applicants up to 49 years old. And before you can qualify to sponsor her, I believe you would have to move to one of these provinces and live there for a year. So by the time you would qualify to sponsor her, she would be too old to be sponsored.

Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Just wait for their reply. They will tell you what to do next. If your papers lack some documents, they will be returned to you, to be resubmitted when complete. Otherwise, if the application package is complete, they will send it to the embassy in Makati and they will be the ones to get in touch with you. They will tell you everything you need to do. Hope this helps!
