I have got Canadian PR in November 2005. Is it possible to sponser my brother or any family member now?

1.  Your brother would have to under 18 and a orphan and not married.
2.  If your Canadian income meets the LICO (Low Income Cutoff) you can sponsor your parents and their dependent children under 22.
3  Your wife.
