Hi Guys!

I am sending full documents to CHC London very soon. My query is what is the best way to send documents to create a good impact on visa office.

I mean should I put each category documents in different plastic folders and then seal all of them in one big envelope or what should I do???

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks All..

Hi
Send documents as per the visa office checklist and put all in the same envelop.
The important thing is to have all the docs needed and not doing a good Presentation and getting rejected due to lack of docs.
Good luck.

my two cents... i also sent docs to london and now have PPR...

I included a cover letter with the list of documents. also include the Visa office check list after cover letter and made sure that documents are sequenced according to same.

moreover, i used paper clips to combine documents in each section and then bull clipped all section to gather. each section was separated by different color A4 page with section heading.

most important is that the documents are COMPLETE (not more and no less)

hope this helps.

good luck.

this was taken from one of Canada's consulates under Helpful Hints for FSW Applicants:

6. Place immigration photos in an envelope and staple the envelope to the second page of the application being careful not to put a staple through the photos.

7. Use no binders, page protectors, report covers, etc; Avoid excessive use of paper clips. If the application has numerous supporting documents, please use an elastic band. Do not submit documents in separate envelopes.

just arrange the documents in the order indicated on the checklist.

For our application package, what we did is to place it in an envelope with bubble wrap lining so it will not be damaged by moisture or be easily folded.
