How to show the funds

HI
This is Archith.I'm ready to apply for student visa but i have a small problem i have completed almost all the processing work but when it comes to funds i'm unable to show my father's funds because he doesn't hold a bank account as he was a farmer.so i have put my grand mothers(mother's mother sister) property in the bank and i got the loan and i'm also showing her fixed deposits Income Tax returns and all other and my fathers income and evaluated property is around 22 lakhs and income around 5.5 lakhs as annual which is genuine.But how can i show my grand mother's property and fixed deposit as mine as she is third party holder to me will affidavit make an effect for it can i satisfy the officials with an affidavit.Please help me how to over come because i don't hold any relationship certificates only chance is to show through affidavit will they accept it.
