Hi guys I found atleast ONE legal way to send PP outside of Pakistan though it will be a time consuming process .Plz check point # 5 of page 2 at the below mentioned link.

fia.gov.pk/default_files/urdu_booklet/urdu_booklet_files/fullscreen.htm

Moreover can anyone guide me what is the exact procedure to get NOC from Ministry of Interior and how long does it take .

thanks

you need noc from ministry of interior. ask your wife to get it from ministry of interior and send you passport by courier. she can also go to nearest passport office and enquire. there is no point for you coming to pkistan

ask your wife to go there now and get the certificte as they can take some time to issue a certificate..... they might ask the gorunds why she want the certificate then she needs to explain them or show evidence of PPR...

yar if you have some link in ministry it won't be hard to get that....
