Hi,

I am a Pakistani currently living in Germany.I am a 2007 applicant of Berlin office .Recently I got married and added my wife to my application.I received medicals for both of us.As my wife is still in Pak so she took her Medicals there and me in Germany. As berlin office takes almost a month or so to issue PPR after medicals so i m expecting PPR anytime.

Now the question is that wife is having problems in getting long term visa for Germany, her application is still in process but it could take upto 6 months. What if I receive PPR for both of us before than that(there is a strong possibility for it) how could I send her passport to Berlin for visa stamping.
As Pakistan government does not allow to send passports to any foreign country.I am planning to travel to Pakistan ,get my wife's PP and come back to Germany for Visa stamping.
I need to know what are the legal requirements by Pak govt. to carry my wife's passport to and fro from Pakistan.Does only a letter of authorization by my wife will do or I require something else. Moreover does the letter of authorization should be attested by some govt institution ,plz advice.
I am looking for a legal option only. Experts plz help and advice. Thanks

Regards

The only and safest way is for u, go to pakistan get your wife passport with authrozation letter siged by ur wife and came back to Germany (u can get that letter made by solicitor's in pakistan so could save you aswell).... although u can get it by courier by paying them sum bribe but that's risky and illegel and if its got seized then u'll hav lots of trouble so the best option is You yourself my friend........

thanks very much pitta bread for your suggestion.Actually its not me who want to travel but infact as CIC demands passports of the whole family together. As I am expecting PPR at any time what if CIC demands our PPs to be stamped but at tht time as my wife will not be in Germany (most probably)so how will I provide them with her passport. So asking for a legal way.

Thanks brother.Do you think the letter prepared by any lawyer will do?Moreover should it be stamped by any govt institution as well such as Ministry Of Foreign affairs. Can any one has come across such a situation and can explain the whole process.

fia.gov.pk/default_files/urdu_booklet/urdu_booklet_files/fullscreen.htm

Moreover can anyone guide me what is the exact procedure to get NOC from Ministry of Interior and how long does it take .

Hi dear,

I think you first send an email to CHC berlin and enquire them that as your wife is in Pakistan and it is illegal to send passports out of country so how should you proceed or ask them that they ask chc islamabad to issue visa to your wife or both of you when you reach pakistn.

I know qorax / PMM  has advised against it but there is no harm in enquiring. Might be they have better suggestion for you. So I encourage you to urgently send an email to CHC berlin with email subject "urgent"
