How to send passport to CHC, New Delhi

How can I send passport to CHC in New Delhi? It says mail, but is courier acceptable? If by mail, then is speed post acceptable?

I sent my PP via India Speed Post & it was delivered next day. I also signed up for signature on delivery, you can also send it via courier services.

Yes you can absolutely send via courier, or use Speedpost. My husband used DHL and it was delivered the next day. Just make sure that when you address it that you write the address WITHOUT the postal box number as couriers won't deliver to a PO box number.
