I  got the approval from CIC for PR, but they are asking me to stamp it in NEWYORK consulate. I am back in India and don't have USA visa.

Could you please let me know how to send my passport to USA for stamping?

As per my knowledge courier is not an option.

If anyone is going to USA and carry my passport would be great help. I am ready to share ticket cost.

you got to find a person who is traveling to USA and give it to him/her. With a notarized authorization letter for him/her to carry your passport. Same procedure for getting it back.
