I have applied on 27th January with a conditional letter of acceptance but in the evening i received the email from the university that you original documents have been received and we are issuing you the unconditional letter of acceptance.

My question is that how i can send this new letter to the CHC ISLAMABAD.

Should i forward this email or ask the university to send me the scanned copy of the new acceptance letter and then forward it in Email.

Ask your university to send you via email.

Wait until you receive your medical call from CHC than at the time of sending passport back attach a copy of your new LOA

or

Send your new LOA to CHC ISB with your APPLICATION NUMBER or TRACKING NUMBER, Passport Number
