How to renew NBI in KSA! pls help

Hello everyone! I have a question regarding my hubby's NBI clearance from Phil. it's been expired last Nov.2011 and he's  currently working in Saudi Arabia we used VO Manila for his application. The problem is my hubby want to get a new NBI clearance in case CEM ask for a new clearance again we just want to get  things ready . But they told himPhil  Embassy in SAudi Arabia don't process NBI and if he want to get a new NBI he should go back to Phils. Anybody here process NBI in KSA .? Please help! I am sponsoring my husband .

Is it applicable in Saudi Arabia , my hubby went to Philippine Consulate in Saudi Arabia but they told him they don't process NBI its just so odd that's why i am seeking for information here,.  Thank you for the info i will check and search for more info,.

You can submit the NBI which expired Nov. 2011 and just attache a letter explaining that Philippine embassy in KSA don't process renewal of NBI and he can say that he never go out of KSA since the expiration of his NBI.
