Hi!

based on my personal case experience, if we follow the following tips we can reduce the wait time for mimimum 02 months.

1. Determine your points rationaly.
2. Once confident apply to N.S for initial approval under 38 profession list.
3. After applying immediately complete the documents for next step i.e.
a. I.E.LTS
b. Police Clearance certificate
c. Proof Of funds
d. Experince certificate
f. Educational Certificate.
g. Application form

Once you recieved the confirmation letter from N.S to submit the complete application within 120 days. You can send on the same day without any further delay.
So thaan your total time period will be as below.

Approval From N.S: 60 Days Appox
CiC Office Approval: 60 Days Approx
Medical: 30Days Approx
Stamping: 30 days Approx

So adopting this way you can complete your process within 6 months time. I hope this will be a good guide for newcomers.

Bye. Take care.

is this out of expereince?

because the letters I receive says (the visa officer will review your file in 60 days/ 30 days) depending on the phase of processing.
so I guess if it says 60 days and I send it in 24 hours, the file will be reviewed in 60 days anyways.
only my 2 cent

Good luck to all

NOT chance that a skilled worker application would be processed in 120 days from the time they receive it, otherwise why would they quote 6-12 months after the file was received?

I sent my complete application to local visa office (Islamabad) on 1st June 09 and processing of my case was started on 11th June as per my ecas status and local AOR. So I guess suggession of yumar was very much true in my case.

PMM,
I hope what you are saying is true, but the letter I recently received says that "your file will be reviewed in 60 Days from the date of this letter" (which I received) I says nothing to do with when MY letter is received.

It makes sense, the officer ask fro additional docs and make a little note to review the file in 60 days, I think this is much organized than just processing what came in today in the mail.
If this is in fact what they do, it is irrelevant how fast you send in your docs after you receive their letters.

good luck to all
