how to rectify mistake

Dear sir,

while filling up back ground info form , by mistake i swap the date of birth and place of birth of my parents.i notice it after sending the documents to ciu. now i ahve to send documents to my embassy. what do u think should i do. i leave it like that only or change it. will thay verify about my parents details also.

Write CIC a letter where you explain this.
ON the letter you write your name, date of birth, and address.

Complete the forms correctly and then send them to the processing office, with a covering note.
