Hi. I am an international student, and I would like to know how can I reapply for my visa from Canada. I have valid study and work permits;

however, my visa has been expired since May 09. As far as I'm concerned, my new visa can only be issued from outside Canada, so in this

case I would have to come back to my country or send my passport to Buffalo to be reprocessed; am I right? Does it take a long time to

get it back? And lastly, considering that I already have a study permit, can my visa aplication be rejected by any chance? I really want to visit my

parents and friends back home, but I can't afford to apply for a new visa there since I'm only planning to stay for a couple of weeks.

Thanks a bunch!!!
